The hotel's lagoon views are calming. The heated pool provided a pleasant respite after a sunny day! Mahmoud, the lifeguard, ensured I secured a comfortable sunbed each day. The chef at the seafood restaurant prepared pizzas and crispy chips to perfection. The meals were delicious.
I noticed that the drinks came in small glasses, and refilling them was frequent.

The breakfast buffet featured various options, including pastries and fresh fruit. The lunch and dinner buffets changed daily! The fish restaurant offered an amazing dining experience. The setting was beautiful. The variety suited diverse tastes.

the animation team provided great activities everyday. the pools were good, especially the one for kids. the beach had good watersports options and the service in the restaurants was okay, and the staff is friendly.
the theme restaurants weren't good. we only get a set menu with few options. also the poolbars aren't good with drinks served in small plastic cups. i think plastic being wasted.

The all-inclusive option was great. I didn't have to worry about where to get food (, made it quite relaxing!). The staff are helpful and accommodating. The location proved excellent for exploring local attractions. The aqua park provided good entertainment, especially for families.

the reception staff offered a seamless check-in. the entertainment team organized diverse activities. daytime games by the beach kept everyone engaged (we loved the volleyball!). captivating evening performances added to the fun.
the wifi wasn't free throughout the hotel.

broken window slow receptionist
the location was acceptable.
the room was not secure because the window was broken. anyone could walk in at anytime because of this. also, the balcony doors didn't lock. the receptionist was very slow and kept serving other guests during my check-in, so it took longer than expected.
